General objectives:
-Reinforcement of the government of Mali in its planning and coordination actions and in the actions undertaken in the Northern regions, on an agreed and participatory basis.
-Contribution to the better use of the whole of the resources moved to the different regions.
Specific objectives:
-Reinforcement of the establishment of Regional Assemblies, for future durable impact on the process of regional development;
-Consolidation of the first initiatives of coordination of development actions by the Regional Assemblies with institutional partnerships and other Territorial Collectives;
-Contribution to the continuity of their functioning and of their actions after the conclusion of the project, progressively integrating support cells in the regional administrative structures.
