Architectural Design and Conservation Architect
Christian Rosolino is a Senior Design architect specialized in conservation of cultural heritage; he holds a Master of Architecture Degree (MA) in 2007 and degreed in Postgraduate School for Architectural and Landscape Heritage in 2012 at the University of Rome La `Sapienza` Italy. In 2011, he won a scholarship to attend the PhD program in History and Restoration of Architecture at Sapienza University of Rome.
He enrolled in Order of Architect in 2008. He qualified as a safety coordinator for the jobsite in 2007.
He is Founder of the Architectural office Chrome office. Architecture to Landscape since 2015. He has been working as a professional for 17 years and is an expert in the field of conservation and of regeneration processes of Cultural Heritage (archaeological and landscape sites) and is specialized in Conservation of monuments, rehabilitation design of existing buildings. Experienced in survey, preliminary, final and detailed design, works supervision of existing buildings.
Since 2014, he joined ARS Progetti’s design team as Senior design Consultant and Senior Conservation Architect within projects in Italy, Ethiopia, Tanzania, UEA.
He has published articles at international conferences on restoration, rehabilitation of historical in buildings and regeneration of heritage sites. From 2020 al 2023 he was a lecturer in Landscape Restoration, and for the same program, he carried out teaching and tutoring activities. He was involved as Member of research Group on conservation and development Landscape. `Analysis for complexities managing of ancient roman-medieval way: Via Appia Antica-Via Francigena, (Italy)` at Faculty of Architecture `Sapienza` University of Rome.
He is member of conservation team at `Archaeological Park Authority of Ancient roman Appia Way` for restoration’s works and project on ` Villa Quintili` in Rome
