Holding a MS degree on Social Policy, Özlem Çolakoğlu Gallarate is an experienced project manager on EU-funded projects. Starting her career in the Ministry of Family and Social Policies of Türkiye in 2012, she served in the Department of EU and Foreign Relations of the Ministry for 7 years. During this period, she was involved in the management of IPA projects and Framework Contracts, with a focus on M&E. With her expertise on social inclusion and migration, she has also civil society experience in the field of migration, for which she worked as a MEAL Officer in ECHO-funded projects in Türkiye. She took place in several Task Forces on various fields cross cutting migration such as education and protection by actively getting involved in advocacy initiatives and rendering social inclusion trainings for the Ministry of Education staff. She has provided consultancy for both grassroot and grasstop civil society organizations on project formulation and writing. Ozlem Colakoglu joined A.R.S. Progetti Team in December, 2021.
