In order to ensure a systematic and organized work process, ARS PROGETTI uses a Knowledge Sharing Platform, designed and implemented by DEV4U.
It was financed by non-repayable financing issued by DIGITAL IMPRESA LAZIO project (POR FESR Lazio 2014 - 2020) of the Lazio Region.
The platform is composed three modules:
CV DATABASE MODULE
An important part of the work carried out by ARS Progetti is the search and selection of human resources. Over the years, a considerable CV database has been built up and it is crucial to use a system that facilitates the search for CVs.
VIRTUAL OFFICER MODULE
The aim of the Virtual Office Module is to allow the entire processing of a project, from the EOI (Expression Of Interest) phase to the Job Order phase and subsequent monitoring up to Job Closure, directly from the web. ARS-Progetti currently works according to a File-System approach, where there are a series of main folders representing the different phases of a project (EOI, TENDERS, ORDERS, LOST TENDERS, etc.).
FRAMEWORK MODULE
The FMWK module within the platform responds to several needs: first and foremost, the effective and efficient management of FMWK tenders.
All modules share the same search engine and CV management in order to interconnect all information, making it available and shared.
Also, ARS Progetti’s staff facilitates its work using the brand new MIS Platform, in order to optimise the use of companies’ records and to succeed in improving business efficiency, through increasing productivity.
